Twin shaft concrete mixers features
1. Motor: Siemens motor, which can provide steady performance.
2. Synchronizer: Original imported from Italy, ensure synchronous running of mixing arms.
3. Wearable Mixing Device. Adopt high-rigidity and high-tenacity cast alloy steel, which has the best torsion-bent strength, so it prolongs the service time.
4. Two Heavy Duty Gear Box. They are specially customerized for the mixer. All of the shock brought by quick loading or restarting can be easily and safely buffered and absorbed.
5. Electric Lubrication System. It supplies oil to four shaft heads respectively with four pump cores, without by-pass valve, so that it avoids blocking in by-pass valve, furthermore, it reduces the maintenance load.
